What is ON.com?
ON.com is the newest way to meet through photos through apps and the web. You simply post photos of your best looks and meet others by liking, commenting, and sending private messages. It’s a fun visual way to meet anyone around the world & it’s free!
How do I apply a filter?
After posting a new photo (via your iPhone, Android, or web browser) you can apply one of our many pre generated photo filters to give your photos some edge.
How can I add a caption?
Captions can be added after a photo is posted. You can also post a caption as a comment. If you wish to edit your caption, simply delete it and post another.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you enter an incorrect password while logging in you can select “Reset Password.” Your password reset link will be emailed to you.
How can I change my username?
Your username serves as a unique identifier for your account and cannot be changed.
How do I block a user from sending me photos?
To block a user, simply visit their profile and click “...” or the gear icon and click Block.
How do I unblock a user?
Search for the username of the person you wish to unblock. Visit their profile and click “...” or the gear icon and click “unblock”.
Why was my profile disabled?
A profile can get disabled for fraud activity, rude behavior, reported by too many users or soliciting. If you feel your account was disabled in error please contact us with the email you joined with and the reason you feel you should have not been disabled.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, sign-in to the on.com website . Visit the "My Account" section and click the "Account" link. Click the "delete account" link and confirm by clicking the "Delete My Account" button in the popup.
